“I took a Hypnobirthing class with Isadora and it was everything I hoped for and more! The class made me feel so much more relaxed and confident for my upcoming home birth. The class material makes a lot of intuitive sense. It's not things that most women (including me) would realize on their own after being conditioned by society/media our entire lives to believe birth and hypnosis are a certain way. It was effortless learning but so so so helpful. For the ladies who may be hesitant because of the term "hypnosis", I don't really see how it's different than deep meditation. . Isadora was a wonderful instructor! She's passionate about the spiritual aspect of birth and it shines through with the encouragement and dedication she brings. She also tailored the classes to be more relevant to the style of birth the class participants were having and the questions we asked. We had a fear release session that was so powerful it actually caused a physical reaction from me. I was very impressed.”
