Each package contains multiple classes or workshops, which are bundled together at a discount.

When you purchase a package, you will find a unique code in your email receipt. This code can be used to book the classes and workshops within the package, at a discount.

After you purchase the package of your choice, you will receive an email receipt that contains a unique code. You can use this code at checkout to apply the package price you’ve just paid to each class you book.

Each class series or workshop is booked individually. We recommend making an account for faster checkout. Book each class or workshop, fill out the intake form, and use your code at checkout to apply your package.

For example, if you purchase a package that includes our One Day Immersive, CPR, and Newborn Care, you would go to our One Day Immersive page on our website, select the class with the location and date you would like, fill out the intake form for One Day Immersive, and use your unique code at checkout. Then, you would go to the CPR page, select the date of the class you would like to take, fill out the intake form, and use your unique code at checkout. You would repeat this again for Newborn Care— select date, fill in intake, and use your code at checkout.

At this time, our packages do not have alteration options. If you would like to request an option for us to add in the future, we would love to hear your request!

If you are unable to attend one of the classes in your package, we are unable to offer partial package refunds. For further questions, please see our cancellation and change policy, or get in touch!

For Series Classes: We strongly recommend that you attend each class in the series. If you will miss one of your regularly scheduled classes, please contact Brilliant Births or your instructor as soon as possible. We will do our best to find another Brilliant Births class that you can attend to learn the information you may have missed. This must happen within the window of time of your original class.

While we will do our best to accommodate you, we can not guarantee that a space will be available in another class for a transfer. No shows will not receive any form of reimbursement. If another class is unavailable, we can offer a private makeup virtual session (up to 2hrs) at an additional fee of $150.00 or an in-person session at the Brilliant Births studio (up to 2hrs) at $175.00.

We know plans change! After sign up, you may cancel your entire package up to 7 days before your first class and receive 75% percent of the cost back. Cancellations within 7 days of a scheduled class cannot be refunded.

Partial package cancellations are not accepted. If you are unable to attend a class or workshop contained in your package, we are unable to offer a refund.

We aim to fill our classes, but if there are less than three sign-ups for a class, it will be canceled, rescheduled, or moved to Zoom. If the dates of the reschedule or Zoom don't work with your needs, you will be issued a full refund, minus any mailed course material costs.

In the event of unexpected events (including but not limited to pandemics, fire, excessively poor air quality, or general safety concerns), the format may change from in-person classes to virtual classes if required by public health guidelines or at Brilliant Birth's discretion. No change in fee will be issued, and no refunds will be given outside of the allotted cancellation policy.
