We love our Aqua Doula Birth tub! We’re excited for you to love it too. Here are some things you might want to know about our Birth Tub Rental
We will help arrange for a time to pick up the tub (we suggest 2 weeks prior to your due date). We will help walk you through the setup of the tub, but assembly is on your own. The rental period is for 4 weeks, with a $50/day late fee.
We provide standard faucet adaptors to use with the tub. If your water source requires a specialized adaptor, you’ll need to purchase the specialized adaptor on your own. Please check before the big day!
It can take up to three hours to fill a birth tub! We recommend starting to fill it at least an hour or two before you think you’ll need it.
Tubs may not be returned wet. Make sure it’s fully, 100% completely DRY before packing it up for return.
We will do our best to make sure your birth tub rental experience is everything you want it to be. However, 50% of the total payment is non refundable in the event of cancellation, or if any other problems arise.
If you have, or think you have, any blood borne illnesses such as HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Syphilis, or similar, PLEASE consult us before using this tub. It is vital for our staff to know about your health status for their safety and for the safety of others.
