fitness and movement
classes for YOU & baby
Build strength and flexibility through transitions. It’s fitness, tailored to you, during life’s biggest transition. Pre-crawling babies welcome!
About our classes
These classes are for all pregnant bodies at any stage in their pregnancy and bodies who have recently given birth. Each class is tailored to the needs of students and options will be offered for poses.
The class begins with community connection, seated grounding, warm-ups, strengthening standing poses, and restorative cooling poses. It combines gentle stretching, strengthening, and ultimately helps students through this transition in their lives and prepares pregnant bodies for birth and strengthens and rehabilitates postpartum bodies. When babies join us in class, we work to include them in the poses that the parent does, whether on their backs, in arms, or feeding/ sleeping. Space will be given for all students to take breaks as needed, and take care of themselves and their babies.

Born in San Francisco, Patricia has always been passionate about leading women on their healing journey, providing a safe space to connect with their minds and body. With Yoga, we have the invitation to peel back the layers that are no longer needed and bring newer joys to the surface while extending kindness and compassion towards ourselves. Nurturing women is her soul’s work, and she feels grateful to be a part of this remarkable journey, helping to explore movement through the expansion of both receiving and letting go while finding your voice. Knowing we can start over, pivot, or shift anytime helps us find a more grounded state of mind.
Since completing her 200-hour Teacher Training in 2017, Patricia has continued to expand her teaching practice, completing multiple pieces of training, including Trauma-Informed Yoga, Pre- Post Natal Yoga, and Children and Teens Yoga. She is a certified Energy Healer.
These classes will allow you to let go and embrace or shift energy to engage with your most authentic self. Focusing on grounded flow poses, conscious somatic movement, and breath work will create more mental space to help you feel energized and release tension. An invitation to regulate the nervous system and connect more internally with ourselves so we can soften into the body while giving ourselves more space and grace to set clear and beautiful intentions for a more earthed state of being.

Xan’s Yoga journey started with looking for relief from an injury. This led to certifications in Vinyasa, Restorative, Y12SR, and Kundalini Yoga. She loves the challenge in the process and tries to make those journeys both investigative and playful. Classes travel through postures set with the intention to explore and expand one's inner landscape. Use each breath with purpose to calm and support the body, while building strength and flexibility that trains the nervous system to handle challenges and break through roadblocks. There are moments of introspection, finding an edge, and even humor. Students usually leave class feeling softer after a guided meditation at the end. Classes are usually intermediate intensity, and designed for all levels of practice.
